  Me and a friend came in from out of town and took a class. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like your home! Coco was an excellent instructor and soooo helpful!!! Will be back my next time in town!

  First of all, the staff was amazing, sweet, and kind. Compared to other fitness classes I’ve taken around the city, they were extremely welcoming, patient, and helpful, especially since this was my first class. If you’re looking for strength training in a unique and effective way, this is the class for you! LAGREE Pensacola will definitely be seeing me back again. Be sure to get there about 15 minutes early because they go over the LAGREE machine with you beforehand so you can become familiar with the workout positions the instructor will guide you through during class Lastly, the welcoming note that was left in the locker was a sweet touch. 🩷 #LagreePensacola

  Took a class here while on a Pensacola vacay and liked it so much I took another class the next day. I like the fact that the instructor is on a platform demonstrating in front of you, which is very helpful. The instructors were also very knowledgeable and corrected participants when necessary. They use the mega formers and things were very easy to understand. This is the first time I had used one, and it was smooth and challenging. I take reformer classes on a different type of reformer regularly and picked this one up pretty quickly. I felt like I got a great workout. The facilities are also clean and well organized, and it’s very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. I will definitely be back and recommend it to beginners and experienced reformer pilates.
