The staff insisted on a medical note as a mandatory requirement for cancellation—a demand that is both unreasonable and non-standard. Despite clearly stating that I have relocated, the staff has refused to process my request without this unnecessary documentation. This experience feels like a tactic to trap members rather than providing a reasonable off-boarding process. I urge management to reconsider these rigid policies and resolve my cancellation request immediately.
