  Stephanie was a spectacular help! I hadn’t worn glasses in 9 years and had no idea what worked well for me. She was so patient and kind and honest. I appreciate the time she took to make me feel confident in my purchase. Amazing team!!

  I was so happy to see they opened a store nearby. I'd heard they have great prices and nice frames and I wanted to try them out. I had an appointment on Friday evening at 5:15pm. It took 3 traffic signal cycles to turn left into that shopping center at that hour. I honestly thought maybe my appointment was for 5:30. I walked in at 5:18. When I arrived the associate asked why I was there. I told her I had an appt for an eye exam and wanted to buy 2 new pairs of glasses. She looked in the SYSTEM and replied. "Oh you are late. You had a 5:15 and now I will see if the dr can perhaps see you later" 3 mins late!! After the mad rush to get there in Friday evening traffic. I LEFT. She then calls me and tries to say I misunderstood. No I didn't. She could easily have said the dr is tied up with someone, let me show you some frames in the meantime. What a bad vibe. Bad customer service and a bad experiance. If they do that when they want your business, imagine if something is wrong with your glasses later. Maybe they should stick to online only sales. However, that style of buying glasses isn't for me. I was so disappointed. I guess cheaper costs something else.....good customer service and a good experiance. With all the 5 stars they have, let's see if they are paying someone to remove the not so great ones. I gave the 2 stars because they deserve credit that the store looked nice.

  First of all, I love that you opened this Pembroke Pines location—it’s so much closer and more convenient for me! Secondly, Carolyn was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Picking out my glasses was a breeze with her guidance. Such a great experience!

  I went in to get my lenses checked out and the staff at this Warby Parker were truly amazing. The customer care was through the roof. There’s an optician there by the name of Briana, who was really sweet really took her time and made sure I got the most bank for my book. I highly recommend visiting this location!

  Went to this new location for an adjustment of my frames. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Bought my first pair of glasses from Warby Parker 6 weeks ago and love them so much I decided to buy sunglasses today. Again the staff here are lovely, very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this location.
