When I put the shoes on yesterday to get ready to go out, I walked around my house for no longer than 10 minutes. My feet were throbbing! I had to take them off. Juan told me my size was 8/12. I replied “usually, a 9. I guess he fitted me in an 8 1/2. I did not notice it at the store, because they were only on for a few minutes, but these shoes are way too small. I put the inserts into a pair of my shoes, and that solved the problem. I have not had time to properly evaluate the inserts, but the shoes are useless to me. What is your policy on that?
