My sister and I visited the pembroke store and the purchased the package 2 days ago. My sister will be 85 years next month. My sister lives in another state; both of us realized that she cannot afford such a large purchase and attempted to return it like I said within two days. The salesman informed us about the store policy regarding returns which includes future fittings and adjustments. My sister does not live here. Please do the right thing!
Thank you Good Feet!!! Thank You Luis!!!!
I love my arches; I love the customer service!!!!! I wear them all day and my feet feel brand new. The Brooks shoes we bought just made the whole package complete!!! I’m very happy now and my sister is happy 😊 This customer is very satisfied!!! Luis I will see you in 30 days to check my progress. Thank you again Pembroke Pines store and staff.

I saw a few commercials on the Good Feet Store and decided to stop in at a local Good Feet Store near me last weekend to find out more what their foot and arch support program was all about. You see, I don’t have any foot problems or pains in my feet of any sort, but I do have chronic sciatica nerve pains and discomfort over the past three years, pains running from my lower back, down the back of my legs and in my calf. I have tried everything from targeted exercises, to physical therapy, to acupuncture, etc. Nothing seemed to help. I figured that arch supports are something I haven’t tried before, and quite frankly, I know little about the subject and whether this could be the solution to my sciatic issues. I met with Luis, the manager of the Pembroke Pines store. Luis was great! I explained to him my problem and asked him if embarking on this arch-support program would really solve my issues. He assured me that the Good Feet Store’s patented system was designed for these kind of issues, and that this program should do the trick. Luis spent about two hours with me, patiently explaining the three-step process with the different inserts, testing my feet, and showing me how by shifting my center of gravity using the arch supports there will be less pressure and strain on my lower back and as a result, the nerve pain running down the back of my legs should be gone. Luis was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. So, I bought the three step arches and immediately started using them as recommended, allocating time between the strengthener and the maintainer, and occasionally, the relaxer. The strengthener is quite painful, but I figure no pain, no gain, and I think that over time and increasing the duration, the discomfort will become more tolerable. The maintainer is less painful. I have been following the recommended schedule closely. Anyhow, the experience that I had at the Good Feet Store was great (thank you, Luis), and I am hoping and praying that I will finally find a solution to my problem!!
9-DAY UPDATE 7/20/26: I've been sticking with the plan, though admittedly, it has been a bit painful. I have bruising on my foot. Still no relief of my sciatica nerve pain, and I have some muscle weakness in my right calf. Perhaps I'll see more success or progress after another week. No pain, no gain! Anyhow, I remain optimistic that the GF arch-support will finally provide the relief that I am desperately looking for. I will report back in on my GF journey next week!! Thank you, Luis for your follow up email.
3-WEEK UPDATE 8/3/26: Reporting back with my progress and experience with GF arch supports, I am continuing with the plan, mixing up the strengtheners with the maintainers on an equal basis. The painfulness of the strengtheners has subsided a bit, but it's still quite uncomfortable and a bit painful. My sciatic nerve pain in both legs continues to persist unrelentingly, and I still have that annoying weakness in my right calf. I remain hopefully optimistic that the Good Feet arch support system will alleviate or substantially improve my condition, as per Luis' assessment and prognosis. I'll give it another week or two, and if I see no further improvement, I will meet with Luis for another fitting or resizing of the arch devices. I pray that Luis' prognosis is correct and that I will FINALLY get some sought after relief!! Fingers crossed!!

My back and my feet feel better with my new inserts.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular insoles or inserts available online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm, yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions.
Can arch supports help if I buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain stems from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with proper arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain and discomfort from common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes. For ages 6 and up, once fitted, you can take your new arch supports home that day as stocks are fully available at the local store.
How can I get a free fitting at The Good Feet Store?
