I went to Target to have my glasses repaired. Unfortunately, they were beyond repair, but thanks to Luis, who works there, I ended up getting a great deal on a brand-new pair of glasses. I would also like to highlight the cordiality and professionalism not only of Luis, but also of the doctor who examined my eyes Dr. Salla and the other kind lady who assisted with the eye tests. Their excellent customer service made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Target!

I will definitely be coming back! Kalene provided me with the best services and deals for glasses and contact lenses. She was very thorough and patient while looking into prices with me until I was satisfied. Dr. SALLA was also very kind and progressional. She takes her time with the patients to ensure she gets the correct eye prescription. She looks out for any issues with the eyes in her exams. Overall amazing service and care for patients!

I came back in 2026 based on a great experience in February 2025. I will NOT be returning. There is a guy that works next to the front desk that is super pushy. I asked for a "quote" and he placed an order for contacts that I did not authorize for myself. The Dr gave my son a prescription for glasses and contacts. When I tried to fill the order online, I realized she had given him trials for Infuse but wrote the prescription for Target brand up and up which he never tried. 6 calls later, I have been unable to get his prescription released. I spoke to 2 people that constantly say the techs are not in even though the optical store is open. No one can help!! You are constantly told call back on this day at this time!! Then I spoke with the same shady guy yesterday who told tried to place another order and I told him no then he emailed me a "glasses" prescription instead of the correct contact lens prescription. I will be calling corporate and The BBB. I will never use Target Optical again. I am giving 2 stars ONLY because the Dr is very nice and thorough. This location should be closed down.
