  A duplicate membership was opened somehow. Was getting charged for two. Finally got one closed, but now got charged again, after closing ALL memberships. Managers never seem to be there. Cannot leave messages for a return phone call. Impossible to get in touch with a Corporate Office. Regular employees have no contact info for any District Managers.

  I went to Pure Barre and tried their "free" sales class. It was a good brief introduction to Pure Barre and you had to sign up on the spot. I did not have a chance to verify class times when I signed up because it is all so quick. During that class the sales person assured us that we could cancel after the initial period. I went to 1 class and I called them telling them that their class times did not work with my schedule and that I would need to cancel. You would think it was that simple but it was not. I first called and no answer. I went there during regular business hours and they were closed. I went another time during their class times which I was able to rush over to see if I could cancel but the front desk person was in the back taking a class and the front door locked. I texted the number that had reached out to me to confirm the initial sales class and no one ever returned my message. Now this is many weeks later and I was able to get in touch with someone. They said they would email me a cancellation form. The email they sent came a week or more later and no cancellation form attached. I then called again and was very upset and they emailed me the form. I clicked on the link and filled it out twice. We are now 5 months later and I am still getting emails about this account. They never cancelled it. Fortunately I had to get a new credit card and the method of payment came off the account but now I have a delinquent account that I already cancelled. So I received an email for the delinquent account and I called the 800 number to their billing department. I explained the situation and they did nothing.

  Cannot say enough good things about this pure barre location. It was my first time starting barre last January and I immediately felt welcome. The front desk staff were very clear explaining the membership, and when I had to cancel recently because we were moving out of state, they made it super easy with no surprise fees. Most importantly though, have to recommend everyone to take Gina's classes if you can. Every instructor at this location is incredible but she goes above and beyond. She taught me SO much. Even some months in to my membership, when I let her know I was pregnant, she showed me all the safe modifications and made sure I had alternative exercises to do in each class. After taking her classes consistently, you can really tell the improvements on your strength and flexibility. But during the class you are just having fun the entire time! Any exercise class setting will be a bit pricey, but pure barre and specifically this spot is well worth it.

  BEST WORKOUT EVER! I have done all workout and nothing continues to challenge me like Pure Barre does! There is such a wonderful variety of classes as well!! The staff is perfect! They are all so helpful and kind no judgement here! This is my favorite place to be! 😊
