  Dr. Izzy and his entire team are fantastic. Our whole family has been going to Pines West Chiropractic for years, and I honestly can’t say enough about the care we’ve received. Dr. Izzy has helped me through some pretty significant issues — from a back injury that made it difficult to even walk, to a torn hamstring, to the everyday wear and tear that comes with an intense workout routine. He’s helped me stay active, keep running, keep doing my HIIT workouts, and feel my best. I also really appreciate that he looks at overall wellness, mobility and how your muscles, joints and body are working together — not just whatever happens to hurt that day. What has impressed me the most is the care he’s given my kids. I have three very dedicated, high-level young athletes — two travel baseball players and a competitive gymnast — and all three see Dr. Izzy regularly. He has been instrumental in helping them maintain mobility, work through aches and injuries, and keep their bodies healthy for the demands of their sports. He helped my gymnast work through stubborn scar tissue from an old injury that was preventing her from fully pointing her toe — something incredibly important in gymnastics. He’s helped one of my sons with a lingering hip injury and back pain from excessive play, and my other son with posture and mobility issues that developed after a major growth spurt. Having someone I trust to help take care of their bodies as they train and compete has been invaluable. And beyond the care itself, Pines West is just one of the most positive places you’ll walk into. From the smiles at the front desk to the conversations you have during appointments, everyone is welcoming, encouraging and genuinely happy to see you. I highly recommend Dr. Izzy and the entire Pines West Chiropractic team — for your kids and for you. They’ve truly been a game changer for our family.
