Even though I was given the wrong price, I went ahead and paid it. Since then, I have made several trips to pick up my contact lenses. Most recently, when I went to pick up my sample contacts, I was given a completely different box from what my prescription indicates. To make matters worse, the prescription itself does not even clearly specify whether the lenses are for the right or left eye. Now I am being told that I have to come back again tomorrow just to figure out what happened. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially after already making multiple trips. For a company like LensCrafters, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. I should not have to repeatedly return to the store because of errors with my prescription, pricing, and contact lenses. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
