They are friendly and take the time to answer any questions you may have. They offer a great amount of services and they also do x-rays in house! Always a 10/10 experience in my humble opinion. Dec. 2024 edit: While the services rendered above still hold true there is another issue which is the reason for the edited review. For months now my wife and I have had an issue with the medical billing. We have been trying to get a refund that we over payed for according to the explanation of benefits from our insurance company. The provider claims they do NOT issue refunds for any reason and refuse to research the matter any further. After reviewing the paperwork that we filled out at the office which, we have copies of, there is no such policy listed. Unfortunately as this battle drags on we are being put into the position of possibly reporting this to a higher authority. Buyer Beware!
