  I had my first visit to this dental office after moving to the city, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The cleaning was fine, but the real problem came after my filling. I was left with excruciating tooth pain, and when I called the office for help, the front desk staff was shockingly rude. They showed complete disregard for my pain, refused to have the dentist even look at me, and only offered a cold referral elsewhere. It is completely unacceptable to be treated this way, especially after being subjected to a painful procedure. I expected care and accountability, and instead, I was met with indifference. I will not be returning.

  I showed up for a 6-month check up, just like I have routinely since 1994. My appointment was canceled, without notifying me, because I "didn't confirm" my appointment. Pardon me, but I did confirm your first email. Strike 1 I was told, "we'll call you starting 2 days before your appointment if we don't get a confirmation." I checked which phone number they would use. Okay, the correct number. But, no calls from their office. Strike 2. They have appointments available tomorrow and next week, just not today. So they're not really that busy? Strike 3. After 32 years as a patient, if I have an appointment, I have an appointment. Your inadequate administrative system is NOT my problem. I'll look elsewhere for my next 32 years of dental care.

  30+ years and still on top. My visit this time was to take care of a cavity beneath a molar crown. The very experienced and familiar staff was completely wonderful in seeing to my totally painless care. Recently, doctor "Will" joined the team. Also with him, I do not have a single worry nor concern about their professional services. I give them full marks: 10/10. Post procedure, they reminded me of potentially needed at-home follow-up care and thoroughly pre-answered all of my questions. Many years ago, I made them my primary dental team and enjoy watching them improve with continuous modernization of while helping my family with some of the latest dental technology.
