Unfathomable disgrace. They should call it Discomfort Incompetence. We had an insurance order and waited a week for Shawn to come to our home. He stands and starts twisting back and forth upsetting both me and my injured family member. We went over our specific needs and emphasized we want a Kind, responsible, reliable and capable caregiver. All he cared about is His paperwork. He must of intentionally did the opposite of what we asked. He sent the lowest of the bottom of the barrel so called worker. She doesn't know how to lift a patient. She picks up under shoulders risking dislocation instead of using our life belt. She asks if she can go out on our balcony. I said no. Then when I return I see it open with a coke can full of cigarette ashes. My family member said she went out several times and ignored her. We can be fined by our HOA because we live in a no smoking building. When I came back this so called worker was playing with her phone and my family member was scared in horror being ignored. She removed some items so she could sit in the chair. I threw her out immediately and complained to Jennifer who is so called manager. She did nothing to compensate us. We tried again only because of the need and it would make a delay to find someone else. Jennifer assured me she is going to book a reliable capable worker. So the day of nobody shows. I call and they say the can't reach their so called background checked established worker. Nobody came and they ruined my whole day and appointment. You could find better service in a crack neighborhood. They should not be in healthcare be shut down and are harming suffering people. I will be filing complaints with the FL state regulators.

My husband had a really good caregiver until about two weeks ago, and then suddenly they took her from him and reassigned her elsewhere. She missed a few days because she and her young son both had the flu. But we understood that. Since she’s been gone, we’ve gotten a different caregiver every day, which means trying to explain the routine to a different caregiver every single morning. A lot of them aren’t trained for what they need to do, or they just don’t have any common sense. And I’m pretty sure that that’s because they haven’t been told what they’ll need to do or how to do it. Also, I have dogs. And one day the caregiver they sent was afraid of dogs and sat in her car for three hours until I Wasforced to come home home from what I was doing that day to kennel the dogs so she could do her job. The weekend caregiver is very good, but to having a new caregiver every single Weekday is getting old.
The worst home healthcare agency I have ever used. They never do what they say. They’re gonna do. I would stay far far away from them. They hardly ever return phone calls many times I’ve had doctors appointments and nobody shows up to drive me to the doctor. Jennifer
Is the office manager? I’ve called many times to have a return my call. She has never done it . I pay extra to have additional help. She came out and fired my caregiver. The best they had ever sent me. They came in fire and she also. call the police to have her escorted off my property. She had not even clocked in yet if she wanted to know what was going on she has my number and no, she never called. Some of the people in the office are very good employees, but Jenifer should be in charge of training and apparently she doesn’t do that. She also called the police to have my caregiver fired and escorted off my property. She cannot do that. The police even said she could not do that. Why she would call five police cars to come to my house to fire my caregiver is beyond me. All she had to do was call me and we could’ve worked something out, but no, she took upon her herself to come fire. My caregiver who came early to take me to a doctors appointment and she had never even clocked in yet I’m gonna be posting many things as I remember that they have done. They didn’t even try to help me get to my doctors appointment today. I had to drive myself. I am 100% Service connected Vietnam Vet, who came home with Agent Orange that I found out about 35 years later I had to have cancer surgery my prostate was removed. Apparently Comfort Keepers only cares about ripping off the VA I have used several of the Comfort Keepers staff come to my house very few even introduced themselves to me and most sit on their phones FaceTime texting and doing whatever else they wanted to do without even helping me they have a list of the needs, I need it done and apparently they Comfort Keepers are not reading my needs but most of the time they come in get on their phone and not do anything to help me the leader ship in that office is very lacking. She came out today and fired the best caregiver they had ever sent and I have been using them for over five years. The caregiver she fired was the best caregiver they had ever sent me. I paid for extra to do things to help me out Comfort Keepers is only out for themselves. They don’t give a crap about the caregivers who by the way or grossly underpaid with a majority of the money going to the Comfort keeper organization they did not even try to find me a driver to take me to the doctor today, which is not right I had to drive myself, but then again Jenifer the office manager did not care. She never returned my calls. She might be the worst manager I have ever dealt with. many of the office staff are hard workers and do what they can do to help. Jenifer isthe wrong line of work their writing score should be minus one to +10 and I would give them a minus one. I would not like them take care of one of my pets. I don’t care about the patient. They’re in the business of ripping off the veterans affairs. They absolute worst caregivers for Veterans Jennifer. the office manager is the worst.

Sarah was a caring, attentive companion for Mr. James! She went above and beyond every day to ensure he was happy. She quickly formed a respectful and loving relationship with him. We were very happy with her and the other care givers sent by Comfort Keepers, too.
