- JWJen WeitekampJul 18, 20255.0I did the introductory 30 minute class and it was wonderful! Sam is a great instructor! I walked in feeling a lot of lower back and hip pain and just the 30 minute introduction helped me feel better when leaving! Great environment and friendly staff!
