- KMKathy MarieJun 2, 20261.0I took my son to an appointment here today, and it was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The doctor has zero professionalism. The entire waiting room had to listen to him loudly yelling at someone in the back office, and he was actively trying to handle personal business selling a car during clinic hours. Worse, they completely violated our medical privacy. Staff loudly asked if my son was on Adderall, broadcasting his personal medical information for the entire office to hear. The doctor's treatment of my son was deeply upsetting. He sprayed dilation drops into my son’s eyes with absolutely no warning or explanation. My son was scared and visibly taken aback by the doctor’s aggressive demeanor. Throughout the exam, the doctor showed zero patience, constantly clicking his tongue in frustration whenever my child didn't do exactly what he wanted. When I questioned the spray and the lack of warning, the doctor got defensive and arrogant, saying, "I have done this a few times, I have been doing this for a long time." He then rushed the exam, pulling my son back just three minutes after the drops were put in—nowhere near enough time for dilation to actually work. The receptionist brushed off my initial concerns, and the doctor made my child feel incredibly uncomfortable. We will never return.
