- BKBradley KingtonAug 16, 20261.0I went to get a crown glued back in. They said that my insurance would cover it. Young rookie dentist wasn't sure he could do it, but tried anyway. Even I know you need to dry the area, he didn't. Took about 5 minutes. When I went to pay, they said insurance won't cover it and its $280.00! Supervisor wouldn't budge on the crazy price. Three hours later I had dinner and it fell out. Yes, I was pissed! Called them and they wouldn't fix or refund. Place is a dental traing ground and I wouldn't advise using them!
- SVSin VaAug 4, 20265.0I came from Memphis for a vacation and on my day of arrival I had a massive tooth ache. I called Friday around 1 pm and they could get me in Monday which was the fastest. I called every surrounding dental office within an hr radius and they are the only ones who could get me in on short notice. I got there for my appointment, the front desk lady was very professional. She was super sweet with recommending me places to go after I asked about local outings. I went back the first girl who took my X-ray was nice and gentle. My doctor was Dr. Gale. The younger gentleman. After examining he recommended I have a tooth extraction. I was very nervous but he did a fantastic job and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend to visit their office. It was very clean, easy to find and lots of parking.

I got one recently near the front and that's when I knew I just needed to find somewhere to help me. I went here yesterday for the first time and everyone from the front to the back was no nice. I was so nervous and completely embarrassed but they made me feel so much better. They closed at 5 and I was still there at 630, I felt terrible but they assured me it was NOT a problem. They did ALOT of work on me the FIRST appt and even stayed late. Highly recommend Dr. Gale! & I feel bad for not remembering the assistants name but she was the first one to put me at ease and just so nice the entire time!
