  I would NOT recommend the Eye Gallery in Pier Park to ANYONE looking to get prescription glasses. I got my prescription done over a month ago, paid for glasses out of pocket and haven’t been able to wear them a single day without getting the worst migraines. I’ve called 3 times to try and speak to the manager on what can be done to get them fixed, each time getting the run around. I even was told to take them to Walmart on Front Beach and they could “fix them” I ended up taking them to Americans Best to check the prescription and was told they were cut wrong and would need to be recut. ( my PD was wrong so my left eye was being pulled in cause headaches and me not to be able to wear them.) I drove back out to the beach to talk to the manager / optometrist and couldn’t even get a word in because every time I opened my mouth I was cut off. Then called a liar along with American Best and there’s “nothing wrong” with them. After I was cut off, called sweetie/ sweetheart 7 times and told I would have to wait another two weeks I asked for my glasses back and said I would pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. I’ve had glasses for 3 years, have terrible astigmatism and can’t even read my computer at work. So here’s my warning to everyone don’t use your insurance eye exam AND PAY FOR YOUR GLASSES OUT OF POCKET because you’ll be SOL and spending more money than need to be.

  Horrible! Made a 3:45 PM appointment showed up early. They made me fill out a form and I waited 30 minutes and then they ended up telling me that there was gonna be another 30 minute delay. There’s only one woman working in the front and she was sitting down most of the time while people were coming in and she didn’t even greet them. I’ve never had such bad service in my life!

  Warm and hospital atmosphere. Very clean and organized displays. Our cashier, Lucia, was very friendly and helped us find exactly what was perfect for us (style, price range, etc.). She was very informative and we were able to get just the right glasses with the right lens for what we wanted. She was also very helpful and patient.

  Becky was wonderful helping pick out the correct Meta AI glasses for my wife and I. I choose to buy from her because she invested her knowledge and time to be sure we made a good choice
