  Had an appointment set for over a month for my family, received a call the day off the appointment that they can’t see one of children. Appointments mean nothing. Communication is poor.

  Complete dumpster fire. Worst ran business I’ve ever come across. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter, confirmed the appointment, took time off work… to be cancelled the day before. Here’s the worst part, this is the second time this has happened at this location, months apart. Clearly, they can’t get their act together.

  I will not be returning to Pearle Vision. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Nearly a year later, I still cannot wear the expensive prescription glasses I purchased despite making numerous return visits for adjustments and modifications. After repeated attempts, the issue was never resolved, resulting in a significant waste of both my time and money. What concerns me most is the lack of professional follow-up. While the front office staff was always courteous and pleasant, they are not eye care professionals and should not have been expected to manage an ongoing prescription issue. After so many unsuccessful visits, a doctor or optometrist should have personally stepped in to evaluate whether the prescription itself was correct. Instead, each visit consisted of additional frame adjustments without ever addressing the possibility that the prescription needed to be re-evaluated. The doctor I originally saw even mentioned the long commute required to work at this location and, shortly afterward, left the practice. From that point on, every time I returned because I still could not wear my glasses, there was never an optometrist available to assess the problem. More importantly, a re-examination or prescription review was never offered as a solution. When choosing a vision care provider, patients expect more than basic frame adjustments. They expect access to qualified professionals when problems arise and a commitment to resolving those problems. Given Pearle Vision's reputation, I expected a much higher level of patient care, continuity, and accountability. Almost a year has passed, and I am still unable to wear the glasses I paid a substantial amount of money for. Ironically, inexpensive over-the-counter reading glasses from the grocery store allow me to see better than the custom prescription glasses I purchased from Pearle Vision. That should never be the case. Instead of receiving the professional care and resolution I expected, I was left with an expensive pair of glasses that serve no purpose and an experience that has been both frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  The staff are all so nice. They all made sure to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I can finally see! The last eye doctor I went to really messed up my prescription. Now, I felt like a new person. Highly recommend
