- ASAmy Stillwagon2 days ago2.0The doctor was great. But the front staff was not professional. Maybe it was just this one day, as in the past they have been wonderful. Listening to AirPods so loud I could hear, on the phone, talking about staff members, just not a good experience this visit.

- LLLorraineJun 12, 20261.0Doctor and checkup were fine, however sales girl up front pulled a bait and switch on me and would not provide me with the $100.00 "total" price on glasses I previously inquired about. I am retired on Medicare and went to Pearle because they were listed as a "Plus Provider" on the advantage plan I have. I even went into store before I booked appointment to verify my insurance plan paid $100.00 for glasses and lens and was shown which glasses were covered with that amount. Then after appointment I was told I would have to pay additional charges which I difd not have money for. Left there very upset without any glasses as I was lied to. Pearle needs to take better care of their senior customers.
