- DDDanielSep 27, 20261.0I am a GNC member and have always been a customer, but I’m currently considering switching to another company. I had an issue with one of the Wheybolic protein powders (mint chocolate flavor)—it doesn't mix well and leaves clumps. When I went to the store to try to exchange it, the person helping me said they couldn't assist; they called the manager, who refused, stating that authorization was required. They asked for a receipt, and even though they could see me in the system—which confirmed the purchase—they still couldn't help me. In the end, I lost that $30, as it was a "buy one, get the second at half price" deal (with a total value of $60).
