After just a few classes, I realized that at 67, I had finally found a form of exercise I truly enjoy! I originally joined because I was hoping to reduce my chronic lower back pain. I decided to take the financial leap and become an unlimited member, and I’m so glad I did. After 18 classes, my back pain has noticeably improved, and I feel stronger overall. The classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. Each instructor has their own style, and they keep the routines varied, so the classes never feel repetitive. I look forward to going to classes and am looking forward to keep getting stronger and fitter. I highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking to make a positive change in their health and well-being!

I value her cueing and watchful eye, as she manages everyone in the class. Even when stressed out, tired, I look forward to my Pilates sessions, my self care time!

I signed up for the introductory class last Saturday, and from the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was light and peaceful. The staff was incredibly sweet and polite. Both the host and instructor were absolute angels, and the introductory class was incredibly useful for anyone looking to join and start Pilates. I ended up signing up after the introductory class and can’t wait to work with the staff and continue enjoying the excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place!
