The entire admin staff is aLeo exceptional, and very responsive to all inquires whether through text or email. I highly suggest joining this studio!!!

People in the class were pretty cool to hang out with too. It wasn’t stuck up or snobby. I know my muscles are gonna be sore tomorrow cause I’m shaking after my class.

So much so I signed up for private lessons for my particular needs. Chelbi was my instructor and taught me the basic movements and form to achieve my goals of flexibility and strength. I groaned about going every week but once I got there I felt good knowing I was doing something good for me since I always put me last. I plan on continuing to stretch and strengthen. I really enjoy the reformer table. Great staff, wonderful environment ! Highly recommend
