Beware of What You Sign
I have been practicing hot yoga and hot vinyasa for about 17 years. While spending time in Palm Beach on and off over several months, YogaSix was one of the studios I attended.
Overall, the facility was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the classes were decent. For someone accustomed to true hot yoga, I found the studio warm rather than hot, but that is obviously a personal preference.
My disappointment came with the membership.
I was hesitant to sign up for automatic monthly payments because I travel back and forth. I was reassured that it was “no problem” and that I could simply pause my membership for a small fee whenever I was away. What was not clearly explained to me was that cancellation required one month’s advance notice.
Unfortunately, I rolled my foot and was unable to practice for a period of time. When I decided to cancel, I learned about the advance-notice policy and was told the only way they would waive the additional charge was with a doctor’s note. Since I had not gone to a doctor for the injury, I couldn’t provide one.
In the end, I paid several monthly freeze fees plus an additional full month of membership that I never used.
Policies are policies, and I understand that businesses need them. My issue is that when someone specifically expresses hesitation about committing because of their circumstances, the important restrictions should be clearly communicated before they sign, not discovered when they try to leave.
Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed enough that I would not return to YogaSix. After 17 years of practicing yoga, I’ll stick with the smaller, locally owned studios where the experience often feels more personal and flexible.
My advice: enjoy the class, but read every line of the membership agreement before signing.

Jenna’s flow class was seriously next-level—perfectly paced, creative, and just the right mix of challenge and fun. You can tell she’s dialed in and genuinely loves what she does, which makes the whole experience even better.
Honestly, I enjoyed it so much I stuck around for the restore class after—and it was the perfect reset. The studio itself is super clean, cute, and cozy… just a great vibe all around.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re into yoga (or even if you’re just getting into it). I’ll definitely be back.

I started my YogaSix journey just a few months ago as a beginner and to help for recovery while training for a half marathon. I could not be happier with my experience and my only regret is I wish I started sooner!!! I frequent Carolyne’s slow flow and restore classes which have been absolutely perfect to learn poses and get out aches and pains after long runs. Leniza always checks in on me and has made me feel like family. Thank y’all to the moon!!
