The sales rep, JM was extremely helpful. He continued looking for the right pair of glasses that fits my needs. Both comfort and color. This is my 4th pair and love the styles they offer.Excellent customer service!

My experience with the store had always been good. I had bought several frames with prescription lenses for myself and my family members. I truly loved my frames from Warby. However, the customer service during my last visit was confusing and upsetting. A lady named Heidi was chewing gum vigorously, was unfriendly, and made no attempt to kindly answer my questions. I have a lasik procedure done recently and wanted to change my lenses to non prescription on my sunglasses and regular frames to just blue light blockers. The first thing I’ve heard from Heidi about the price “Oh it’s cheaper to buy a new pair.” That’s when my confusion began. A pair of sunglasses with prescriptions costed me $345, replacing the lenses to non prescription is $165. A pair of Marisol glasses with prescription was $155, replacement to just blue light blockers is $115. Hey Warby Parker, genuine question, what is the logic of this pricing? Why you push your customers to use 3rd party businesses to look for a cheaper options to change prescription lenses to regular?

My visit to Warby Parker yesterday was a truly pleasant experience. The gentleman who assisted me was not only highly professional, but also kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to everything I explained. It was a real pleasure to return to this store and, after such a long time, be assisted once again by the same person. His outstanding customer service made my visit enjoyable and memorable. Unfortunately, my experience at the Warby Parker store in East Hampton, New York, was completely different. During my last visit there, the representative who assisted me was aggressive, impatient, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She behaved as though she owned the store and treated me in a very unpleasant manner. The contrast between the two experiences could not have been greater.

I had the absolute best experience at this Warby Parker location! I usually go to a private optometrist, but I decided to come here for my frames. It was the best decision—I ended up getting three amazing pairs of glasses for what I would normally pay for just one pair at a private doctor's office. The massive selection of frames was overwhelming at first, but a staff member named JM completely saved the day. He was incredible. JM knew exactly what would look good on my face shape and style. He immediately grabbed the perfect pairs for me to try on. He turned what could have been a stressful process into something painless, quick, and genuinely pleasant.I walked away with three fantastic pairs of glasses in fun, new styles that I love. If you visit this store, definitely ask for JM—he has a fantastic eye for styling and makes the whole experience a breeze!
