I am extremely upset and disappointed with the experience my 81-year-old father had at the Good Feet Store in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He went there looking for help with comfort and stability, but instead was sold shoes that were a size too large along with expensive inserts totaling nearly $2,000. Shortly after, he fell while wearing them, which is incredibly concerning given his age and vulnerability.
It is unacceptable for a company that claims to help with foot support and mobility to put an elderly customer in a situation that may increase the risk of falling. The staff should have prioritized proper fitting and customer safety instead of pushing costly products. We trusted their expertise and feel completely let down. I would strongly caution others, especially seniors and their families, to be very careful before making a purchase here.

I purchased the insole set at the Good Feet Store. I have a bad back and cannot walk without pain for any normal length of time. I wore the insoles for walking in my sandals, which I was told I could velcro into the shoe. I'm very disappointed to say I found no relief at all. The price of these insoles is exorbitant, which I realized before I purchased them but I was grabbing for whatever relief I could get and thought that I felt they helped when I tried them in the store. I would like some compensation. What can you do for me.

How can you legitimately ask this price for shoe inserts? This was never discussed or explained. For me, I do not know of any realistic baseline compared to what a consumer on a budget, that needs this support for back problems can buy. Yes, OTC are much cheaper but aren’t these OTC only taken out of your store closet? All the dazzle of placing our feet on the magic mat has nothing to do with the end product that you get if you pay. My wife bought them for us. I like them so far and they are helping with my back pain. I just want to know why they are so expensive? I will not recommend these to anyone unless I have a legitimate reason for the cost.

I really needed better support for walking flat feet and one leg shorter than the other. But Im using your guidelines to wear my shoes without discomfort. Price was very expensive but have no choice with my balance.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
