  Do not go here. The pediatrician completely dismissed me and would not listen to my concerns. She even prescribed my daughter with medication she’s allergic to after we talked about her allergy. Highly recommend parents stay away from here.

  Great service took my four month old baby and they made me feel so comfortable fast friendly service definitely when you don’t want to go to the hospital

  Our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude goes out to Manuela, Marilyn, Laura, Alexa, Malou and William Padron (Nurse Practitioner.) Thank you all so much! You’re awesome! My husband, myself and our son came in for care on the night of April 4, 2026 around 8:30 P.M. We needed to have our son seen for what we were sure was strep throat. We would like to thank the wonderful staff who bent over backwards in every way possible. I made sure to get each of their names before leaving. At one point two nurses were on separate phone calls to two different pharmacies to ensure the prescription for strep throat would be able to be filled that night due to our early morning departure on a cruise. We were all working against the clock to get this prescription since it was after 9:00 P.M. by this point. Everything worked out perfectly thanks to their attention to details!

  I literally called the night before and the morning of to confirm details about the facility AND to confirm they were in network with Humana through Medicaid and they said they were. They MUST know someone on MEDICAID would not expect to be billed $1,000 but they are deceptive anyway. They literally just laid EYEBALLS on my son for $1,000 !! They did not perform any tests, no medications prescribed, literally nothing. I think they bill as a hospital or something, but I was expecting it to be an urgent care center AS THEY ADVERTISE EVERYWHERE. You also have to wait in the room attending seen to be discharged which is very unlike an urgent care center. Have managed care through Medicaid?? I do NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE!!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience at Nicklaus Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in, the entire team provided truly exceptional, five-star care. They were incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I felt completely informed and reassured as a parent. What stood out the most was how they treated my daughter. They made her feel so comfortable and at ease, something that is not easy when your child is sick and scared. Somehow, they even got her to take her medicine without a fight… which is something I can rarely accomplish at home! A special shoutout to Kaley, RN, Rose, RN, Mariana, PA, and Jennifer, the nurse manager. You all went above and beyond for our family. Your compassion, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for the care you provided. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. I’m so thankful we chose Nicklaus Urgent Care and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for outstanding pediatric care!
