  My daughter and I walked into the urgent care on 8/24/26 at approximately 6pm. I walked up to the front desk to sign her in when the security guard alerted me to move because I was stepping in vomit left from a previous child. There was no cone, sign, barrier, or other warning around the area. There was also no one else in the waiting room, just two workers sitting behind their desks, so it was not like the staff was too busy or didn't have the manpower to have taken the action they should have. This is a direct violation of OSHA's Walking-Working Surfaces standard, 29 CFR §1910.22. Your incompetence exposed me and my child to pathogens and cost me my shoes which I had to throw away since I did not want to risk bringing germs and illness into my home. Do not go to this place under any circumstances.

  We have always had such a great experience at Nicklaus Urgent Care. The staff is consistently efficient, caring, and compassionate. They are always quick to get our child taken back after we arrive, which is so appreciated when you have a sick child. The entire process is smooth, and we’ve always felt that our children are in excellent hands. So grateful to have such a wonderful pediatric urgent care option for our family. Highly recommend!

  Amazing experience on every level. Clean and secure facility. Check in process was efficient and staff were helpful in the entire process. We were seen very quickly. I appreciated how much empathy the staff showed. Our Dr. was reassuring and took her time. the nurses were beyond sweet. 10/10 recommend.

  Very impressed with the cleanliness, focus on the child and kindness of everyone here. Also very impressed by how well staffed they were for a Saturday. Will be back! Karly and Dr. Ravi were 10/10

  I wish I could remember the nurse name that I had but she was so sweet with my baby. My baby had an ear infection and she was just really fussy. She showed me how to give my baby medicine without her spitting it up. She made me feel so good as a mom. She knew my baby went to the hospital a while back in Miami because she had a little accident and she told me those other doctors should never have made me feel that way and gave me a big hug. It was so welcoming and warm I love this place
