- RRRicardo RiosMay 20, 20261.0I arrived a little before 7:00 PM and found the entire store blocked off with a sign saying ‘Be back in 10 minutes.’ The employee did not return for approximately 45–50 minutes, even though the store supposedly closes at 8:00 PM. When they finally came back, they did not seem concerned that customers had been waiting that long. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. If only one employee is working, there should be better communication or coverage instead of leaving customers waiting with a misleading sign. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
