I especially appreciated that he gave me a one-week supply of contact lens samples so I could try them and make sure I was completely comfortable with the quality and fit before making a decision. That extra level of care and attention truly demonstrated his commitment to his patients. I am very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend Jeffrey D Hixenbaugh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive eye doctor.

He, No Joke, started to bend my frames with His Hands (like I couldn't do that Myself). Instead of placing them in a device to properly adjust them. Not Only did He make them Worse, He told Me I should buy a whole new set of frames from them. Undoubtedly, the Most unprofessional, unqualified treatment Ive ever gotten. I was told to wait and let the next guy look at them because of His incompetence. I came Home and they are 100 percent worse than when I arrived. Young guy with an attitude and gold glasses. I won't be forgetting this experience. Your "Salesperson" was left to sit down like they were a technician and bend my glasses with their hands. Beyond Acceptable!
