The cancellation process is extremely frustrating, as you are given multiple excuses and unnecessary obstacles. Even after paying the required early cancellation fee, the charges continue, which is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The teachers are so helpful and clases are definitely fun. I’m so happy I chose Club Pilates in West Palm Beach Oh and one on one classes with Stella has taught me everything I need to know.She is awesome
- CBChristina BJun 18, 20255.0I’ve been attending this studio since it opened in November 2024 and it has been nothing short of amazing. The instructors are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Each instructor has their own strengths and you can tailor your classes to get the workout YOU want. If you are new I highly recommend doing at least a few weeks of the Level 1 before moving into a 1.5. Jazmin, Lauren, Diana, Kelsey, all assets to this studio! And McKenna has joined for summer and she is rocking it!

Four days later, 7 days before the scheduled class, I cancelled the class and didn't want to reschedule. They wouldn't refund my money. I can understand charging if you cancel within 24 hours but this is unacceptable
