  My mom was extremely happy with how informative and helpful Marty is. He doesn't push sells. The person is more important than the dollar to him. He also has the patience to fit her correctly- which is half the battle! He actually makes getting hear aids fun.

  The hearing test was quick, precise and absolutely free. Specialist, Martin was professional and quite courteous. He did not waste my time. The moment I entered the testing room, preparation was done and the testing begins, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The office was also very clean and inviting. I felt quite comfortable there.

  I received a very professional and ethical hearing evaluation. I say ethical because they scheduled me for an initial free exam, and then, despite my 72 years of age, my mild tinnitus and prior ear drum injuries (as well as having played in a loud rock band many years ago), the doc was surprised to find I tested more or less in the normal range. He informed me that to his surprise (given my history) I did not need a hearing aid. He then told me the signs to look for should I begin to suffer the type of hearing loss that WOULD require reconsideration of a hearing aid. So even though they are in the business of selling hearing aids, that did not affect their evaluation or recommendations. What more could one ask for in ANY service provider? This is a very reputable business indeed.
