    Master Hope is an absolute treasure. I recently attended a free kickboxing class & was drenched in sweat. Self Defense is Very Empowering - highly recommend for all ages.

    Both of my elementary age daughters have done great here. The owner and instructors are caring and have taught my daughters not only physical skills but emotional skills as well.

    I love this facility !!! Master Hope is an amazing person and she is so great with kids but also strict to teach them well . I highly recommend going here.
