My son has been attending classes with Master Hope for several months now and he loves it. He's gained confidence in himself, his focus has improved, and its a great outlet for a young kid's energy. Master Hope is incredibly attentive and makes sure all of her students understand what is being asked of them. She makes lessons fun, and is always happy to help when someone needs extra guidance on a new technique or concept. I highly recommend this location for beginner and experienced students alike -- there's something for everyone!

Master Hope is an absolute treasure. I recently attended a free kickboxing class & was drenched in sweat. Self Defense is Very Empowering - highly recommend for all ages.

Both of my elementary age daughters have done great here. The owner and instructors are caring and have taught my daughters not only physical skills but emotional skills as well.
