  Be careful pre- booking appointments with these People. They will automatically Cancel your appointment if you don’t text them to confirm a week in advance. Unfortunately, the text went to my spam. I took time off work, showed up early and they would not see me. One more thing, in text message they sent me it does not say if I don’t respond they will cancel my appointment. It’s just a simple reminder. Vision source you just lost my families business, and I will never refer you to any of my clients again. I can’t believe I booked this appointment a year in advance and they canceled it 😡 Thank you for the response “owner”. But apparently you didn’t read my message. Your text messages go to spam. Your system is broken. Also, maybe you should charge a fee for no-show like other companies do. Instead of canceling someone’s appointment they booked a year in advance because they didn’t text you back.

  Vision Source in Oviedo took my frames and sent them to a lab to get prescriptions installed. I paid up front and then find out the lab broke the frames. Vision Source said they will not pay me back what I paid for and it isn't their fault. They originally said both pairs were fixed, but then a day later they said one was broken by the lab. I originally went in to get the glasses fixed I actually purchased from them to find out they couldn't fix them and I only learned that when I went in to pick up the multiple glasses. They call you if you are 1 minute late to an appointment threatening to cancel. They seem very sales-focused and not looking out for the best interest in each customer. Very poor experiences with them and I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly.

  Switched from my regular eye doctor since they did not accept my new insurance. While the staff in this office is initially friendly they do not carry Acuvue products and I had to wait a couple weeks after my eye exam for them to order the Acuvue contacts so I could be fitted. Took another two weeks to receive my contacts after finalizing my prescription. To my surprise they only sent a 3 months supply because this is what my insurance covers. I have always been accustomed to receiving a 6 months supply. Office was quick to Dismiss my concern that I confirmed that I would be receiving an 6 months supply when they placed the order and in a rude manner asked what I would like for them to do. The only solution offered was to pay out of pocket for an additional 3 months supply.

  After been through two different Optics, many glasses and aggravation, Vision Source in Oviedo resolved my problem. This is an excellent place to check your eyes and have the glasses from them. Dr Patel, Kaylee and the glasses, just perfect. Thank you so much in resolving my problem. My husband also goes there for his glasses and he is very satisfied. Everyone there is professional and great. Thank you!

  I was thrilled w my recent visit to Vision Source. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. The tech who ran my tests was very friendly and proficient. I saw Dr D Fisher. He was quick, helpful and spent a good amount of time investigating a potential hereditary issue I am trying to avoid. Then I met w Ray in the lense/frames area who was beyond helpful and friendly. I cannot believe that this wonderful vision center existed right down the road without my knowledge for years. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my family to Vision Source in the near future.
