  I had an issue with my membership that I thought was going to be a major headache, but the assistant manager, I think her name was Michelle (She's blonde, super fit), went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. She was professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen and find a solution. You don’t always come across people who actually care about helping customers, so I really appreciated the effort. Outstanding service and a great reflection of the management team. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

  Upon my visit at lift365, I was greeted by a very vibrant and welcoming staff. However, the difference maker in my opinion, for any establishment is whom is in charge and how they prioritize customer centricity, treat their employees, and manage operations efficiently. Michelle Splett, in my opinion is the epitome of that leadership style. After touring the gym, I knew, not just because of the amazing equipment, but the energy and the vibe from all the staff and the members displayed that this was my home.

  If you haven’t checked out lift 365 you are missing out. Great equipment, convenient parking, clean bathrooms, awesome pro shop with gym apparel you would actually like. 10/10 💪🏻 Michelle was amazing. If you are looking for a personal trainer or want a tour of the gym, Michelle is the go to! 💯

  Lift 365 is exactly what Central Florida has been waiting for. The owners, manager, and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their members. The space is spacious, spotlessly clean, and packed with top-notch equipment for every kind of workout. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a great fitness experience.

  If you aren’t a wannabe fitness influencer (Apparently there isn’t enough already) than don’t go here. You look out of place if you DONT have a tripod set up recording. They really let it go, there used to be a rule that specified no cameras but even the social media accounts repost probably a hundred people recording in the gym for promotion. Sometimes phones, sometimes professional cameras, sometimes solo and sometimes in groups. Always taking there time on the machine. I really miss Zoo man. Other upside is the wonderful atmosphere, which is why it’s been plagued with wannabe influencers and OF creators. With all that being said, it’s too far gone, so if you are a wannabe influencer or exploit your body online, this gym is a great place for you.
