  Review Downgraded from 5 to 3 Stars. I have been a loyal member here since 2018, back when it was Zoo Gym in Winter Springs. While the recent remodel looks incredible and meeting WWE athletes has been a highlight, the gym's management of social media filming is ruining the experience. Members are regularly allowed to set up tripods and recording gear during peak morning and midday hours, taking up valuable equipment just to capture content. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was dismissed and told to simply adapt to "the new society." I value my privacy, and like most people, I do not want to be a backdrop for someone else's social media. This is a beautiful, top-tier facility that speaks for itself; it does not need to compromise member comfort for clout. As fitness advocates like Joey Swoll often point out, letting cameras take over public gyms invades privacy and disrupts workouts. I hope management reconsiders and begins enforcing a strict recording policy so regular members can exercise in peace.

  The gym is great however, don’t join if you’re looking for a place to workout if you have children and require child care. If that’s not a problem for you the gym is greatly equipped, clean and the staff is friendly. BUT No matter what time you go, it will be full. Zero system in place for reservations, wait list, etc completely unorganized. I’ve waited months to make this review, because there’s been promises to change the issue. Zero changes have been made so here we are. Driving 20 mins to the gym and either having to wait 45 minutes to workout OR turn back around and rearrange your entire morning because the gym can’t get their childcare program under control is extremely frustrating. Having to join another gym on top of this one just for this one reason is also frustrating. The parents are not happy, so this felt like an appropriate review.

  Best in town! The cleanest kept gym I've ever been to. The staff is great. Fantastic equipment. Truly a gem

  Received email saying gym was closed from 10-330 for an influencer meet and greet which is already ridiculous. Clearly they don’t care about members. Was turned away at 9 am saying they had to get members out early for the event. Not a real gym
