  I really wanted to like this studio because the instructors are genuinely kind and the classes themselves are enjoyable. Unfortunately, the way the business is run completely changed my experience. I had to late cancel a class that only had about five people booked, and instead of simply taking one class credit (which was worth about the same as the late cancellation fee), they removed two of my remaining credits. If the class had been full or waitlisted, I would completely understand enforcing the policy. But sometimes people get sick and can’t always provide 12 hours’ notice. What bothered me most was the lack of communication—they’ve had no problem calling and emailing me multiple times to sell me a membership, but couldn’t send a courtesy email or call to explain what happened before taking my credits. To make matters worse, I was originally supposed to receive a 50% discount on classes, but I was charged full price and told they don’t issue refunds. The solution was to give me extra credits, only to later take them away without any notice. My very first class also started off on the wrong foot when I was told I had to rent shoes, and they don’t even accept Apple Pay. I value businesses that communicate with their customers consistently—not just when they’re trying to sell a membership. The instructors are great, but the customer service and communication from management left me disappointed.

  Cycle bar is like a party! Good vibes, good exercise. The instructor Sam is my favorite, she’s friendly & has good energy! 10/10
