  The Orange city location has some issues, but the one lady quit so it made it better. The Ormond Beach is a great place Employees are nice and friendly.

  Continuously dropped the ball and wasted my time. Appointment and scan order written on the 4th. Imaging facility needed details on the type of scan. Three separate phone calls from me to this office over the course of a week to get someone to send over the details to Advent Imaging. I spoke to someone the first time and it didn't happen. Then I left a message for the "assistant office manager". No call back for a few days. Then another message for the full-fledged "office manager". Someone finally got the info over to the imaging center on the 12th. Then for some unknown reason it took an additional week to submit for approval with my insurance company (19th). So, the appointment for a scan that I had scheduled more than two weeks out (21st) had to be canceled. Even though it only took a day and a half for the insurance company to approve, it was after the appointment time. This office wasted my time with what I can only guess was a combination of complacency and incompetence. I'm glad for the other people that wrote good reviews. I hope to find an office like the one they visited. This definitely wasn't it.

  Make an appointment as they were the first one I could get in. Wait two weeks in agonizing pain. Get there and tell me that my appointment has been canceled. Waiting room packed looked like pill mill revised. Want real help go elsewhere!!! Should be shut down!!!!
