I’ve been a member of this YouFit for years and never had a single issue until December of last year, when I upgraded my membership. I was explicitly told I could downgrade the following month. That turned out to be completely false.
Since January, I’ve wasted months trying to fix incorrect charges and get my membership corrected. I was repeatedly given conflicting explanations, told there was a “system glitch,” and promised follow-ups from management that never happened once. I kept having to call, show up, and chase answers just to get basic billing fixed. Even when I finally did get my membership brought back to basic, they STILL charged me a premium rate.
At no point during signup or any of these attempts was I told there is a 90-day waiting period to downgrade, something I only learned today. 5 MONTHS LATER. That kind of policy should not be hidden or casually mentioned after the fact while you’re already stuck paying.
I also contacted their software company, ABC Fitness Solutions, multiple times and was told they couldn’t help and would “reach out to the gym,” which also went nowhere. Meanwhile, I kept getting charged incorrectly for months even after downgrading. I disputed the charges and now I've learned that those disputes are hurting my credit score.
Oh, and now they've gone and cancelled my membership because I "refuse to pay". No, I just refuse to pay for SERVICES I NEVER ASKED FOR. Stop scamming me and I won't dispute the charges.
I’ve never had an issue with this gym before, but nobody will help me and now after spending several hours of my life on this I'm having to make several more phone calls and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of getting this resolved.
You better hope nobody stops me from walking in without scanning my membership, because I will refuse to leave. This entire situation is an absolute joke.
Reply: I already have twice. A response would be appreciated.
YouFit is an amazing gym, and my experience was made even better thanks to Travis. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and patient from the moment I walked in, making sure I felt comfortable and confident getting started. Travis took the time to answer my questions and genuinely cared about helping me have a great first visit. Highly recommend Youfit—especially if you get the chance to work with Travis!

Ronaldo Aquino fvhfgg I don't know what I was thinking about it but I was just saying that for you to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to ever happened in my life to see you in the morning I was just saying that for you to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to do that for him to 23222 the money is not working on it for me
This gym used to have a great environment, but lately there has been a noticeable shift—and not in a good way.
There has been a lot of staff turnover, including trainers that many members appreciated. That alone raises concerns about what’s going on behind the scenes.
I also had a personal experience involving management that left a bad impression. A situation involving another member escalated quickly, and from what I observed, it could have been handled in a more professional and balanced way. When I tried to have a conversation about it, the interaction felt unproductive and difficult.
It’s disappointing, because this place used to feel welcoming and well-run. Right now, it feels tense and inconsistent.
Staff Is nice. Dumbells only go upto 90lb. On the smaller side. Clean. What drove me to write this review was my attempt to cancel my membership. They throw in a 30 day agreement notice and if you dont give them that when you want to cancel, they will charge you for another month. Even if you are not in the state to use the gym.
