Regardless of whether I’m entering the studio to attend a class or leaving after a class, the staff makes you feel like family. The classes are geared toward all experience levels of yogis. The instructors lead you thru poses and encourage you to follow what your body tells you.
- SASandra AngelFeb 15, 20241.0This studio works on an app basis to register, check classes' schedule, book and cancel classes as well. I am new to this yoga studio and I registered for an unlimited membership. Staff is very polite only to gain your trust. They mention all the good things about the studio, benefits and helped me to register using the YogaSix App. The problem is that staff DO NOT INFORM the new clients the class cancelation policy charge. I was been taking classes many times a week and even twice a day, canceling and re-scheduling classes on the App. I was inform from staff how to do it, and they never informed there is charge for it. I was charged EXTRA FEES of $115 from Jan 24 to Feb 8 (11 cancelations) for changing classes on top of my unlimited monthly membership. I was never told by the extremely polite staff about this predatory fees for cancelling classes. I just notice many $10 charges on my bank account. I asked for my money back and it was denied. This people only care about is your money and not really about your benefit.
