The instructors (Carrie, Amber, Justine, Nicole, Lenneia, et al) are top-notch and the reception staff (Agustin, Kori et al.) are attentive and friendly. The location is convenient and the programming is varied making this a no-brainer for me to maintain my practice when I’m in Orlando. As a part-time resident who is self-employed and local to this neighborhood, this works for me but I hear the folks who struggle with the programming and pricing.

I did Slow Jams mix with Carrie a nice and easy flow for beginners to intermediate yogis at the Belle Isle location and Power with Victoria, a really active great guided and tough class ( the music was fantastic!) Both places and instructors were amazing. The boutique attention, the cleanliness of the place and the attention of their GMs Agustin Maurizi and Violet Viruet, made the experience worthy to be repeated. Highly recommend!
