We had the privilege of working with Dominic as our optician, and he made the entire process run smoothly even when I contemplated for a while on what frames to get. He made sure to assist us with all of our requests, including grabbing different frames in different sizes from the back just so we could try them on. He even went above and beyond and filed the reimbursement claim for us which we did not expect at all. I have been getting my glasses from Warby Parker since 2018, and our experience from today just reminded me of why I stay loyal to the brand. Even if this location is more than a 40 minute drive for us, we’ll make sure to come back. Thank you again Dominic for all of your help today, and for the sticker sheet you so kindly gave me!
