  We had a great experience at the new store in Dr Phillips! Customer service was great, so many frames to choose from in various widths (especially important for my small face), and we got a discount for purchasing two pair (one for hubby, one for me). My husband checked another shop and was going to have to spend over $900 for frames and lenses. At Warby Parker he got stylish glasses with the lenses he needs for $365!

  The store associate was incredibly helpful in finding a frame that is perfect for my face and what I needed. I did not feel pressured, but I did feel supported and ended up picking glasses I would not have reached for but are perfect for me! There is also a lot more selection compared to at the mall.

  Jason and the team have consistently been beyond attentive and so incredibly friendly! By far, the best service I’ve experienced from Warby Parker, and I always receive such great service at every location! Thank you all for making it all so easy and fun!

  Wow! The staff here is amazing! I was having eye troubles for the first time in my life, and my friend recommended I try Warby Parker. I was shocked there was a location 5 minutes from my house, and I was able to make an appointment same day. When I walked in I was warmly greeted. I didn't catch everyones names, but special shoutouts to Jason and Em, and of course the Doctor! I was also really impressed with the selection of eyewear there in the store! I was able to select some really fun frames, and sunglasses. They arrived to my home within 4 days, and I took them back to the store for a quick adjustment. I'm SO HAPPY with the service I received, and I will be a long time costumer, and drag my family back as well. Thanks Warby Parker Dr Phillips!

  I had a great experience getting my glasses. The best part was how helpful Sarah was with both the choice I made and the insurance reimbursement process. Love the style selection and the prices.
