Absolute JOKE they will lie, upcharge for things you don't need and hope you don't know better, make up perceptions you don't need. Then when you find out and request they fix it they tell you "Oh sorry you have to make another appointment" Go literally ANYWHERE else and save yourself the time, money and hassle

Camilla, the Manager of Target Optical, is the reason I am writing this review. Whatever Target is paying her, it is not enough. She stepped in with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care, answering my questions in a way that immediately made me feel comfortable purchasing through Target Optical. She explained the lenses and options clearly, shared her own experiences, and made the entire process feel honest, helpful, and personable. Camilla is exactly the type of leader every customer-facing company should want representing their brand from the moment a customer walks in until the moment they leave. She is the single-handed reason I will recommend Target Optical to my friends and family. If she has not already asked for a raise, she absolutely should. Alejandro was also excellent. He helped me order my Meta Gen 2 glasses and was incredibly helpful, personable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Dr. Amy Lauer was calm, kind, and efficient.
