  I am absolutely satisfied with my experience using Target optical. It was my first time trying to get my optical care at a Target location. I already had the pleasure to meet Dr Eid from another place and it was a pleasant surprise to see she was the one taking care of me. She takes the time not only to address my concerns but also to treat me and my husband as patients and not rushing like most of the medical professionals. I want to give a huge shout-out as well to Jose at this new Target location! He provided absolutely amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and his helpful, friendly attitude made the whole experience fantastic. I am happily satisfied with his customer service, as well as with Melissa, the manager at this location, always welcoming with a smile and amazing attitude. Outstanding care! PS. I was not asked to leave a review, which makes this whole experience even better. We can feel they are doing exceptional customer service genuinely and not because corporate pushes them to request great google reviews!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jose at the new Target Optical in Lake Nona was amazing! He was incredibly nice, quick, knowledgeable, and gave us really smart suggestions. He also made sure we knew about the best promotions available, which I really appreciated. You can tell he is truly customer-obsessed and genuinely wants to help you find the best option for your needs. Such a smooth and positive experience highly recommend asking for Jose! 👓✨

  Janneliz was fantastic! She took the time to customize my glasses and made sure everything fit perfectly. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service—great job, Janneliz! I highly recommend asking for her.

  Melissa Morales es genial en su atención al cliente, siempre dispuesta a hablar en español, resuelve todas las dudas, te platica todas y las novedades y adelanta las cosas por venir. Te ofrece el servicio completo al sugerir la cita con la Dra. Sarah, quien es una excelente profesional y tiene una asistente de primera también, ya que resuelve todas tus preguntas y son muy éticas. Los aparatos de la óptica son nuevos y de última generación y pueden tomar fotografías del fondo del ojo para una revisión profunda. Quede muy contento con la consulta y el precio muy sensato. Lo mejor fue aprovechar el 50% de descuento en armazones de las mejores marcas y compré uno para mí y tres para mi esposa e hija. Está sucursal de Target es nueva y está muy bonita. Quedé muy agradecido con todas las atenciones de la Doctora, su asistente y de Melissa, manager de la tienda de Target Optical.
