  I am very picky when it comes to my healthcare, especially since I manage several different medical conditions. Derek took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and make sure every need was addressed. I never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely heard throughout the entire visit. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my experience. I would absolutely recommend Derek to anyone looking for quality, patient-centered care. 10/10.

  Derek is calm, kind and actually cares about his patients. One of the most impressive things is how pro-active they are at pineapple. When my medication insurance coverage changed at Disney, they already had an extensive back up plan in place before I even asked because others had already expressed their concern and they obviously moved into action instead of waiting or making the patient navigate the complexities of the insurance system. Derek takes his time with me, asks questions, gives me his well informed views and gives me time and the autonomy to do my own research. He works with me to find the best and most comfortable solutions for my healthcare. Plus he’s really handsome and that helps. 🤷🏼‍♂️ 😉

  Laura at Pineapple Health has been amazing. She has worked with me on medications and helped me get my blood pressure under control. She is kind and patient and takes the time to explain your lab results in detail and make sure you understand everything before you leave your appointment. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

  This was my first time at Pineapple Healthcare. I was a bit nervous at first but, the experience was wonderful. I felt seen and well represented. Not just a number that most other doctor offices make you out to be. Everyone was friendly and supportive and I did not feel rushed through or felt like my concerns were not valid. Edgar was my Nurse practitioner and he was wonderful! A cheerful demeanor along with going over any questions I had and making sure everything went smoothly for me today. I honestly look forward to going back to them in the future and the experience was truly great!!

  Dr. Laura Hollenberger is a phenomenal doc. She sits and listens, asks plenty of questions. Thorough, proactive care. Not to mention her bedside manner. She lets you open up and talk so she can understand you. Go see her today! You don’t have to be part of the LGBTQ+ to receive this world class care. She just moved to Pineapple and I wasn’t sure. But for her, I made the move and I was impressed with the location and staff.
