Pineapple Healthcare does not support Black LBGTQIA+ persons, nor do they support persons that are victims of sexual trauma. I had an absolutely traumatic experience with Pineapple Healthcare. In my opinion if you identify as African-American/Black or a victim of sexual trauma. Pineapple Healthcare is NOT safe for you. Pineapple Healthcare is NOT a safe place for victims of sexual trauma. In my opinion.

Amazing patient centered care. They take the time to actually listen to the patient and their needs. Could not ask for better health care.

Pineapple Health Care is truly an exceptional place. From the moment you walk in, you feel heard, respected, and completely comfortable sharing whatever you’re going through without fear of judgment. Isaac, Seth, Emma, and Christian are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about their patients and always go above and beyond to find the best way to help. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication to your well-being really stand out. They stay on top of your health and make sure you receive the care you need. Even if there aren’t any in-person appointments available, they offer virtual visits so you never feel left without support. Thank you all for everything you do. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that makes you feel this valued and cared for.

I’m not sure if this would make it on the internet. I had to create a google an account just so I can write this review in how awful this center is. So without giving away to much information on my health, let begin shall we. Today I went in for numerous reasons and we couldn’t even get to everything that happened to me and how I can properly seek help with everything that was going on because we couldn’t get pass one thing. I know they’re going to see this and I really don’t care. They said they could provide other service like primary care and I was instructed by another other 3rd party (official 3rd party not any recommendation from someone) go to your primary care doctor. Which part of this appointment was to switch over my primary care from who I was seeing in nyc to this office. During the visit I gathered my things and stormed out, I went down the street and those people LISTENED and provided the NECESSARY care I need! HASSLE FREE! No drama no back and forth! NO augments. I also got the necessary medicine I needed and the proper paperwork done too! The front desk staff and the medical assistant or medical representative or receptionist or whatever his name tag was so nasty and rude. One word responses and then explain to me they can’t do that here. Then the provider comes in regardless on how polite she was being just to regurgitate whatever the first guy was: if he was the front desk, medical assistant or whatever said. It would’ve been better in my opinion to say “let’s find treatment for whatever you going thru currently even with your mental health and if I can’t provide the necessary care here then let’s get you to someone and some place that can” “either the er or I can refer you to someone.” In medicine it’s called a referral. When I went down the road it was a totally different experience. Please fam, go somewhere else for your prep, this people are awful. They probably want money from the pharmaceutical companies. They could care less about you. They need to stop calling me too. I said what I said. I’m not taking it back. After what I went thru you thing I’m going to stay. Girl, bye.
