They were all very helpful at getting my eye frames that I purchased online and got me the 50% off my lenses. They're always very helpful and friendly. I just wish they too CarePlus Platinum HMO (C- SNP) vision insurance, other than that I love getting my new frames and lenses from them.

From the moment I arrived, I barely had to wait for my eye exam. The staff was kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Ashley was especially helpful and took the time to help me find an amazing pair of glasses that was fully covered by my insurance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

Dr. Zoran Mihajlovic is truly one of the most compassionate and exceptional physicians we have ever met. From the moment we walked into his office, he took the time to genuinely listen to our concerns, showed incredible empathy, and never made us feel rushed.
What makes him stand out even more is that he diagnosed my daughter with a condition that no other doctor had ever mentioned. That diagnosis has been truly life-changing for our family and has given us answers we had been searching for for so long.
We are forever grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and dedication to his patients. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Mihajlovic professionals who combine outstanding medical expertise with genuine compassion. He is an incredible asset to his organization, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Dr. Mihajlovic, for making such a meaningful difference in our lives.

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Amy. I came in the day before regarding my Meta glasses and was told there wasn't much that could be done because my prescription lenses were no longer fitting properly in the frames. I was really disappointed and thought I wasn't going to be able to use them as my prescription glasses anymore.
I returned the next day, and Amy completely turned the situation around. She took the time to look at my glasses, made adjustments to the frames, and was able to fit them properly to my face so they no longer fall off. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
The whole visit took about 10 minutes, and I was in and out with a solution I didn't think was possible. Amy truly went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service made my day. Thank you, Amy, for making it happen!

I feel robbed. Make sure you're very specific when asking if they take your insurance.
I asked if they take VSP, was told yes and that my insurance covered seeing the Dr and only was $45 after copay.
Thankfully they could only see two of us. When getting the glasses I was concerned in the price since I had checked those benefits. That's when I was told, we do take VSP but you're out of network.
I've been going here for years and my other insurance I had to pay, so thought it was the same, that that was just the price.
Had I not asked, that was on me but I asked, so yes I was robbed $45x2 = $90
Came to VisionWorks and my husband and my other daughter were seen $0.00
Not to mention my transition glasses were free vs $250 they wanted to charged.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
