I visited the store today and had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. I was assisted right away by Christopher, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process.
Christopher took the time to walk me through all of my options and recommended additional features I could consider for my glasses. I was particularly interested in the Meta Display glasses, and he went above and beyond by showing me his own pair and demonstrating how they work. Being able to see the glasses in action and having Christopher answer my questions made me feel completely confident in my decision to purchase a pair. I placed my order today and am very excited to receive them!
What truly stood out was Christopher’s level of customer service. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and took the time to make sure I understood my options and was comfortable with my purchase. His professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable.
I highly recommend this location, and especially Christopher, to anyone looking for knowledgeable and exceptional service. He truly made a difference in my experience, and I greatly appreciate everything he did to make my visit such a positive one.

Lost pair of spectacles at Universal Epic park. Came to lens crafters who made a pair up in an hour. Amazing service from Bree and a great price. Highly recommended. Thank you, you saved my daughter from a fuzzy eyed vacation.

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the way I was treated at the LensCrafters location at The Mall at Millenia, especially by the store manager. I was publicly confronted, insulted, humiliated, mocked, and treated in a discriminatory, degrading, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional manner by the store manager.
I was also falsely accused and subjected to statements about me that I believe were defamatory and intended to create a false narrative about what actually happened. I was the customer who was mistreated and humiliated, yet I was treated as though I were the problem.
After I clearly explained to the store manager that I am legally blind and depend on my prescription eyeglasses to function and see properly, my concerns were dismissed. The store manager refused to return my eyeglasses to me and refused to refund the $50 I had paid, leaving me without the corrective eyewear I depend on for my daily life.
I believe my rights as a person with a visual disability were violated. I consider the withholding of my eyeglasses and payment an extremely serious and unacceptable matter. If I suffer any harm or consequences because I am unable to see properly without my prescription eyeglasses, I believe LensCrafters must be held responsible for leaving me in this vulnerable situation.
This experience was degrading, humiliating, discriminatory, and completely contrary to the professionalism and care I expected from a company that publicly promotes itself as protecting and caring for the vision and well-being of its customers. I strongly urge LensCrafters Corporate Management to investigate the conduct of the store manager and take immediate corrective action.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
