I was at Millenia Orlando Lenscrafters today, 5/4/26. Today was the best experience that I have ever had at a Lenscrafters. I have patronized Lenscrafters for over twenty years and in three different states. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Briana who was not only professional but also courteous, helpful and respectful, and very knowledgeable. The young lady who initially greeted me was dismissive. I was very lucky that Briana offered her assistance. Employees like Briana should be recognized and rewarded. I have been to many LensCrafters and today was the absolute best experience. Update 5/14/26: I have called at least twenty times today since 11 AM to check my order status and no one answers the phone. The one time someone answered at about 4 pm they did not speak; they just left the line open. I ended up calling the customer service number for assistance. The Customer Service lady (Michelle) called the store as well while she had me on hold and no one answered the phone. She ended up emailing me a form to complete and said the store manager would receive it and respond to me. A good experience on 5/4/26 turned into a terrible one today 5/14/26. Update 6:47 PM: Still no one answers the phone.

Christopher was fantastic, really a great dude. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but had a great personality. He made sure I was fitted correctly and fully informed on my purchase. He went above and beyond. This is this kind of service I want and I will refer to all my friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
