I spoke to Maddie, who was very professional & friendly. She started working on them immediately & took almost no time to get them right back in the proper shape. What I thought would be a complete disaster turned out to be a total blessing. I am very pleased.

Everyone was great and the sales associate who helped me with the lenses and the lens types was fantastic. He took his time to ensure that the measurements were precise and accurate couldn’t ask for a better experience.

At around 1:50pm 2 young ladies just sitting by the register desk talking away didn't even bother coming to us to see if we needed help. 5 minutes later we go over to them one left to the back and the other one was not so happy answering our questions. We went back to choose 2 pair of glasses but as I am walking back to her she decided to head to the back and totally ignore us. This will be our last time going there. Because of these 2 young ladies they are going to loose lots of customers.
