Unfortunately, the sales associate who ordered my new frames and lenses entered my updated prescription incorrectly. As a result, when the new glasses arrived, they were unusable. I had to return them and reorder a new pair the same day they came in. This mistake has caused an additional delay and means I have to wait even longer before I can see properly with my new prescription.

After all that time, only my order was partially ready, and we ended up taking just the frames instead of the completed glasses. Communication was poor. We repeatedly called for updates and were constantly told the glasses were "in transit" and would arrive in a few days. Despite providing our phone number, I never received any calls or texts. Many calls went straight to voicemail and were never returned. We were also told they accepted our insurance, but later learned from my insurance company they were not actually in-network, resulting in a much higher bill than expected. This should have been clearly explained upfront. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and insurance confusion made for a frustrating experience.
