  First time donor here, what a great experience all around! Staff was very friendly & helpful throughout. They educated me on specific symptoms I might feel after donating plasma & thankfully I didn’t feel any of them. Also, the cherry on top was that funds were available in my card before I even left the center. For those wondering: they give you a Mastercard & transfer funds to that card every time you donate. You can download the “Fintlist” app & view your funds like you would a typical debit card with your bank. You can also download the “KED Donor” app & collect points after every donation & get other benefits as well. Overall, 5-stars all the way around. I highly recommend the East Colonial location 👍🏼👍🏼

  The environment is great the atmosphere is good the staff is wonderful they are very nice they treat you with the ultimate respect and make you feel welcoming

  Desiree is absolutely the best . So amazing and always makes me so happy . I am always feeling down when I arrive and I leave with the biggest smile on my face. She is such an adorable angel and truly the sweetest. She is always attentive with clear communication and makes you feel respected and heard. Always has a smile on and is always just so a happy and cheerful. My absolute favorite 💜

  I've been going to this KED for a few years now and have always had a pretty good experience with the staff here, but for the last few months I’ve interacted with Dessy pretty consistently. Dessy is always professional, friendly, and efficient during the vital check process. She makes the process go smoothly and treats people with respect. I appreciate her positive attitude and the care she shows to donors.

  Desiree pulls out the welcome mat like no other! It's never a chore to get the intro process over with because of such an amazing asset such as Dessy. She's honestly one of the ones who make it easy to keep coming back and knowing your experience was worth the while wait to sit, give your donation of blood and plasma; collect your earnings and anticipate your next time arrival! She's extremely welcoming, humble and hilarious! I apologize that I couldn't get this out there sooner. My Internet data ran out of it's 5G networking speed sometime ago lol. So unfortunately, we all had to wait for this review xD. It's always a pleasure to have a moment to come into a place of business for and obvious service required but eventually and as always at this place; you acquire a friendly face or two that become that added unexpected bonus. Dessy exemplifies all of this and more. Speaking of bonuses! She's extremely knowledgeable and very intentional in making sure our opportunities as donors of company perks is always known when available or eligible to be utilized which is a great and very helpful added bonus to our already expected and unexpected 🤗 bonuses 😉👉. Thank you Dessy for always making my trips extremely tolerable and Kedplasma for taking on such a talent and gift to we the people ;D ^D^ I hope she grows and matures greatly with the company if she so desires but I know so many would miss her if she ever left the front end.
