  Dr was pleasant, staff refused to give me my pupillary distance because it was "illegal" to without buying frames in store. Rule 64B13-3.003 in 16 CFR Part 456 Florida Statutes § 463.012 does not mandate release as part of the exam, but "Ophthalmic dispensers are authorized to measure PD, and prescribers may charge a fee to measure or release it." Federal Law also permits the release of a PD measurement without purchase of frames. In the future, I suggest a different front office staff who will not refuse care and lie to patients.

  Exam is fine but be prepared for whoever is checking you out to not explain anything and automatically go to the most expensive lenses with all sorts of add-ons you don’t request. Event when you seek clarification, they never really provide an explanation.

  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sawh since she first started practicing at Target, and I’ve always really liked her. She’s friendly, personable, and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explains everything clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand, and you can tell she has a great understanding of her field. She really listens, takes the time to answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend her!

  I’ve been going to this target optical for over two years now and I was very impressed with Dr Iketani who took good care of me. She answered all of my questions and I was not rushed like I fell in the past . My exam was amazing. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Ms Katherine who helped me choose my glasses. She was very professional and helpful. I can see the big difference between the new employees now from the ones before. They care about the patients and they make you want to come back. Thank you for your hard work.
