  Is this place even open anymore? I’ve come here twice in the last month to sign up and they are always closed and I’m surely coming during business hours.

  I drove over 30 minutes for this class in 7am traffic I was 9 minutes late and the instructor would not let me join the class. I had the beg the girl in the front to ask her one more time if I can join the class. It was my first time at this specific studio and I live no where near. I left in tears thanks

  Great facility however when trying to cancel they wont work with you on cancelling and will charge excessive fees. I cancelled 28 days before my next billing cycle and because it was not 30 days exactly they went ahead and charged me a new month and the fees have continued to pile up. I told them I wasn't going to be able to use the credit the upcoming month. I am in management and there is always a way to help a customer, which is called Customer Service. Beware of this facility and business billing practice!!!
