I feel like for a place that’s very big on memberships and getting people to sign up, they should do a better job at making people feel welcomed, giving them a good introduction, etc. However, my first class was with Alina and she was lovely, very sweet ,and very informative. Overall, I don’t think the classes are as challenging but it is a good workout for a good stretch and recovery.
