I think Pilates helps you connect with your body in a very different way and you overall have so much better proprioception and control not only during classes but in your everyday life. No matter what level you are in, each class can be tailored to your capabilities and you can take progressions for everything. Instructors ask if you have injuries before each class which can helpful to tailor moves to your needs. Management and instructors are so friendly, truly I’m very grateful for this place.

I think it's a great place to choose if you are just starting off in your journey or someone that has been on the journey for a while and wants something different. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of classes.
