- MTMichelle TreeJun 30, 20265.0Pearle Vision has always been my go-to for eye exams but, I had not been since 2013. I recently visited the Orange Park location and the ophthalmologist/ Doctor at this office is amazing! I have an Astigmatism and my prescriptions has always been off in the last few years. He spent a lot of time with me getting the adjustments correctly and I can't wait to get my contacts & glasses. His staff is very professional and kind. I recommend this location as one of the best.
- RTRinie TaflingerJun 28, 20262.0Dr was great. The lady at the front was very rude to me and my wife. Talking about not meeting there quotas because I oppted out of having dialation. Also telling us we will be charged an extra 30 for not doing it. Then wanted my wife's name so she could go in to make sure they charge her 30 for not having her's done. If you rely on quotas then you are not for us. We have been coming there for year's this made us not want to come back.

The tech was sweet and amazing made sure I paid what I was supposed to be her name is Shaletha. The customer service was amazing Zyon took me to the back and took my eye test he was very supportive. I appreciate all of them.
- CDC DJun 18, 20261.0Super disappointing experience recently.. not only are they still charging the same several hundred for frames that were there 3 years ago for maybe $50 more... but their store manager is incapable of honoring his word and store promotions. Spent over $1000 on exams and glasses. We were treated unprofessionally and denied use of the promotion they were actively advertising for the following reason: "I'm not coming outta pocket another $100 for that" ~ Store Manager So I met the requirements you offered, did all the things and now at the end, at the END you wanna literally change the promo rules? Thanks guy, we'll be sure to never come back....

The doctor took a lot of time to thoroughly examine my eyes and answer my questions. He recommended products I can buy that might improve my eye conditions. The person who helped me order my glasses allowed me time to choose frames, without pressure. He explained the feature options and their price points to help me order glasses that fit my needs and my budget.
