The front desk receptionist, Latisha, was extremely rude and impatient during our visit for my spouse’s eye exam. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while speaking to us, gave incorrect information regarding the appointment/process, and made the overall experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and unfortunately this experience was far below expectations. I hope management addresses professionalism and communication with staff because patients deserve respect and accurate information.

When I called to request a later appointment time for that day, the representative informed me that the location was closed for Tuesday May 5th. They mentioned a text was sent notifying me of the closed date, but I never received any message about the closure. If I hadn’t called to reschedule, I wouldn’t have known they were closed, and this could have led to wasted gas and unnecessary time away from work. It was disappointing to see such a lack of concern for customers, especially regarding timely communication about changes or closures.

The office staff was friendly from check in to check out. I do also want to do a shout out to the gentleman that help me choose the perfect frames. Sorry I don’t remember your name.
