  Went to check in for an exam and the lady working the desk is one of those people who apparently enjoys making communication difficult. After verbally jostling me about using my middle name to schedule the appointment, she continued to be difficult. My insurance doesn’t cover vision and I told her I just need the basic eye exam. She said “we don’t have a basic eye exam, we have an eye exam”. I asked what does that entail. She said “it’s an eye exam”. She seemed to enjoy being unpleasant. So y’all can pay $128 dollars out of pocket here if you want, but I won’t be back.

  I had a wonderful experience Saturday from when I walked in to the end of my visit. Thebyoung man that took me back was so sweet, and explained everything to me. The Dr was amazing and thorough, and the lady in front that ordered my glasses was so awesome. She helped me pick the nicest frames for my face m, because Ibwas totally lost on what fits my face. We sat down and talked about life while ordering my glasses. She explaind everything I would be getting and why they were important to have instead of just adding things for money. The visit was so pleasing and I will definitely be bringing my family andbtellibg all my coworkers where to go. I cant wait to pick up my order, thanks pearle.

  My husband, daughter, and I visited the Pearle Vision Orange Park Wells Road location on Friday, July 24, and our experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a pleasant fragrance and an even warmer welcome from Shaletha. She took the time to explain that since we hadn’t completed our paperwork in advance, we might have to wait if the next appointment arrived first. She and Zyon were both professional, courteous, and clearly explained what we could expect throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that the team accommodated my daughter’s later appointment so we didn’t have to leave and return. That level of customer care meant so much to our family. Dr. Pham was exceptional. He took his time, thoroughly explained each exam, why it was important, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this location!

  The young lady Shaletha at the front was wonderful, the young man that took me back was amazing, and the Dr was great. Shaletha and I talked like we knew each other for years as she was placing my order for glasses. I will be referring my family and friends to her location. Thanks for being so kind and patient.

  I ordered a six month supply of Pearle Vision contact lenses via their link I received via text….. I selected the one day shipment for an extra $30 to have then shipped to the Wells Rd location because I’m about to head out of town this weekend. When I got there, 7/9/26 around 4:15pm, the lady behind the check in counter asked me was I ready now (because I was in the phone when I got there), I went to the counter, told her I’m here to pick up my contacts…..I told her I did one day delivery, she told me “that’s not true”, I asked her to please repeat what she just said because I know I didn’t hear what I thought I heard her say, she said they don’t do one day delivery, I told her through the link, you can pay $20 for 2 day delivery and $30 for one day delivery…….. and I paid an extra $30 for one day delivery….. she then said she don’t know about a link, I told her well just say you don’t about the link instead of saying it not true because your calling me a liar…. I told her it’s a link that I receive via text message to reorder my contact lenses…….. she looked in a tall file cabinet for a sec and told me my contacts wasn’t there….. I then advised her that I only have on one contact because one fell out the other day and that was my last pair and I’m about to go out of town, and can I have a single since my contacts are not here….. she told me no, they don’t give out singles, I told her they did before, they even give you a pair while you wait on contacts to come in……. That’s when she ask for my name again while she finally look in the computer this time… And that’s when she saw that I did in fact order contacts this past Tuesday to have them delivered to their location and paid an extra $30 for one day delivery…. Then she quietly said, we did have a delivery come in this morning and she looked in a bottom file cabinet and sure nuff, my contact was there……… it’s just really ashamed because my daughter and I been going to Pearle Vision FOR YEARS………. I will NEVER go to them again after this experience…… there are too many eye doctors and places to go to besides Pearle Vision……….. I can’t think of this ladies name but she was a black light skinned woman……. Not sure if she was a new employee or what…… I did NOT like her attitude from the beginning and for calling me a liar……I’m not one who complains on people but I NEVER went into any establishment and was called a lair….. will never waste my time or money in Pearle Vision, I’ll just go to AMERICAS BEST for my eye needs, exams, all that.
