Ryan also helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses (Which I’ve never done before)! He was incredibly helpful and patient even when I asked a lot of questions. They were extremely courteous and took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes and answer any questions I had. Then worked with April up front for my glasses. Having never needed glasses before she helped me out with understanding why one pair would work better for me than others. It really took the stress off getting glasses for the first time. She was super patient going through the 8 or so pairs I was looking at, especially when I changed my mind. Even more important was that my wife and kids got the same great experience 2 weeks prior. So it wasn't that I came in on a good day, they are consistently nice and genuinely love what they do.
