  Not sure about other GNC store locations but THIS location is consistently rude. Each time I’ve entered the store I’m never greeted, I’m never acknowledged(even when I’m clearly standing there waiting for assistance while they’re talking to others about nothing related to GNC), I’m never asked if I need help, if I ask for help they never check for what I’m looking for.... Yet, as I’m there I see them greet others, ask others if they need help, actually walk around to look for a product for others, smile and acknowledge others who have been waiting.... Apparently, my money isn’t good enough. So I’ll spend it elsewhere.

  I am so disappointed. I purchase a product called MethylHex 42 only because of a recommendation by the salesperson at the Fleming Island GNC store on 4/1/12. I had already tried another product and liked it but was swayed to purchase this product. Unfortunately, it was no good for me. I tried it three different times (over the course of 6 weeks) and all three times my heart raced so fast I thought it was going to jump out of my skin. The product was $39.99. Now comes the worst part. I am a very busy women who works full time and is also a mom of two and runs a home based business. It took me 60 days to get back there to return the full bottle of pills. I was denied because it was past the 30 days refund policy. I had even tried to go back a week before but the sales person (on Sunday) said he couldn't do a refund without the manager. I made a 2nd trip back only to be told.. "Oh Well". No Refund, No Store Credit. I will not be back to GNC or should I say THIS STORE IN FLEMING ISLAND again. I will try to do my best to let everyone know how terrible your store policy is as well. There should be some exceptions. I'm not a stay home mom and have all the time to POP by your store that is very inconvenient to me as well. Very ticked off EX-customer!
